What Causes Itching Rashes On The Fingers After Having Salmon Fish?

Hello Sir. I had Salmon fish for twice and after a day or two, rashes formed on my fingers and the fingers swelled. what could be the reason? the rashes formed a rough layer of skin and at times itchy. Please advice if I need to consult a doctor. Thank you

it is allergy to fish
an allergy to protein can occur immediately or 48 hrs after
use anti allergic tab
apply anti allergic ointment over area
if very uncomfortable short course of steroids will help reduce swelling immediately
eliminate that fish in future
