What Causes Itching Sensation On The Right Arm Despite Taking Benedryl?
I have symptoms of pins hurting and severe itching on my right arm for 3 weeks. Benedryl alleviates the symptoms for a few hours. Also I have a some barely noticible small bumps on my right arm. At times I feel the pins to a small extent on my left arm.

The symptoms looks like you have been experiencing allergy to some substance. The first thing you need to do is to identify the allergen. Next stop avoiding the allergen.
If benadryl is alleviating the symptoms for few hours, than it is highly likely to be caused by allergy. Do follow the above advice and take benadryl only as needed.
