What Causes Itching Under The Knee And Arm?

Hi Im currently traveling in Australia but originally from the U.S. I'm 5'7, over-weight and have PCOS. I'm itchy behind my knee cap, under my armpits and my groin area. My groin area looks a bit raised in almost a semi circle type of way (not like ringworm). I can control itching but the desire is there. What could this be?
