What Causes Itchy And Swollen Vagina During 38th Week Of Pregnancy?

Hi, im 38+4 pregnant and started dilatating 2 weeks ago, last checkup was last Tuesday and I was only 2cm dilated, this week my vagina has swollen and become terribly ichy, is this a sign I m going into labour? I can sit down, close my legs or anything now. What should i do?

Hi,

Possibility of hormonal imbalance or infection is more likely. Do a detailed examination of the vagina. Drink plenty of fluids and keep yourself hydrated.
