What Causes Itchy Bumps On Arm, Behind The Knees And Armpit?
I have a rash. It started couple weeks ago. It was little bumps on my lower arm that itches and it went away. Then yesterday I got it behind my knees and under my armpit. Then later that day I got it on my arm and then went away like an hour later. Then today I got the rash on the same arm and the same knee and the same armpit and its not going away. It is red, itchy, and raised.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern. Itchy bump on arm, behind knee &armpit can be due to 1.Contact with allergic and poisonous agent found in herbs like poison oak or ivy, or present in the insect’s sting or animal’s bite. 2. Rashes due to friction between body parts. this type is common in cyclist, joggers, etc. 3.Psoriasis, impetigo and eczema are few of the diseases that are known to produce skin eruption. 4. Fungal infection of skin. Maintain hygeine as this is very important in preventing rashes. Hydration of the skin should be maintained by moisturizing creams. Visit dermatologist if problem persist.
