What Causes Itchy Penis And Pain During Urination?

Hi i think i have STD please help Last 3 days every time i pee there is always a pain before finishing my pee And i always need to pee every time i drink water But last day there was no pain in my penny after i pee but my penny was so itchy or something like that unti now sometimes it feels nothing And this morning when i wake up i see an little bit pus in my pennis im afraid dont know what to do please help Id never have sex in my GF but i ejaculate atleast 2 to 3 times a week Should i take antibiotics ?

if you dont have sex before there is no chance of STD.But you have sex your symptoms may reveal that there is high chance of gonorhoea,candidiasis,etc.no problem you can have a test in a lab and follow up taking antibiotic treatment.ivermectin and clotrimazole is the best choice of treatment.
