What Causes Itchy Rash On The Hairline, Neck, Chest And Eyes?

Im getting a rash almost daily on hairline, neck, jawline, upper chest and in my eyes. It is red, burns and itches, and has small hard pustual blisters that are very painful. It goes away then returns with no apparent stimulant, often in the same 24 hrs. When i wake it is minimal or even gone. As the day progresses my skin crawls and tingles. It gets worse as the day turns to night. It seems to be getting more severe.I also get congested and headaches. I have seen 2 allergist, 3 dermatologist, 2 ENTs and a general practioner. No treatments have helped. I have been on antibiodics, cortersteroids(shots and creams), various prescription antihistamines and H blockers and nothing is helping. It hurts and burns so bad and is very frustrating. I am getting very depressed. Please help?

Hello,

You are suggested to make diet changes. You should increase your probiotic intake like yogurt and kefir. Cut down on caffeine and caffeinated items to control flare ups. Take vitamin D adequately. You can take supplements and include vitamin D rich food in your regular diet. Avoid high fat and high sugar food. You can check on grains and red meat, if taking grains and red meat flares up your symptoms avoid taking it.

Do not take refined flour and refined oil / vegetable oil. Use only olive oil for cooking purpose. Following strict diet plan will prevent recurrence and also control spread of infection. Use skin health products containing aloe vera gel, tea tree oil is also helpful.

Use olive oil to apply on your scalp. Take care of your hygiene, clean all the area of the skin with medicated soap. Wash your hair with ketoconazole shampoo. Get clinically examined by a dermatologist, get skin biopsy done to confirm if you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
