What Causes Itchy Rashes Like Bumps All Over The Arm?

I was working outside in 85 degree humid weather trimming shrubbery & pulling weeds. Suddenly during the night I began to itch all over arms rash like bumps on arms . It is a burning sensation with itching. Now with has spread to under arms legs & chest. The rash is under my breasts and spreading with a burning itching sensation. I have taken oatmeal bath, used rash relief spray & poison ivy medicine Nothing works!

Hi.
As per your case history you are having miliria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily and a vitamin c supplement once daily for 15 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, topical steroid cream given only after consulting a dermatologist.
