What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On The Upper Arm?

Hi I have several but 3 main red non itchy bumps on my upper inner arm that look like they have something in them they are yellow in the centre the three main ones I noticed first and thought they were bites but now more have appeared do u know what this could be

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here you can have superficial bacterial infection of skin or hair follicle....

For that topical neomycin like antibacterial cream might prescribed

If needed oral Amoxiclav like antibiotic can be taken...

If fever present than CBC needs to be done...

If you post photo than specific cause can be determined

Consult dermatologist for examination of lesion and accordingly specific treatment
