What Causes Itchy Red Rashes On Arms While Suffering From COPD?
My Husband has a red rash that started on his left arm and is on both arms now. It runs from the inside of his wrist to his bicep area. It is relatively flat but somewhat raised, and he says it itches. He is 67 yrs old 5"10 about 175lbs. Is on Oxygen, uses nebulizers, Inhalers, takes BP drugs, Has COPD, and Weak Heart.
