What Causes Itchy Red Rashes On The Arm And Leg?
I have recently formed a red bumpy rash that itches badly and when you scratch it, it burns badly. It is on my left arm, my left side (under the left arm) and a little on my left leg. My leg isn t as bad as my arm or side. As far as I know I am not allergic to anything.

As per your history, it may be dermatitis due to dry skin.
for that apply hydrocortisone ointment and take tab. loratidine.
alternately you can apply moisturizing ointment or aloe vera gel.
avoid harsh cosmetic products. Avoid hot and humid environment.
