What Causes Itchy Red Spots On Inner Arm?

hi, i have 3 red dots on inner arm that itch like crazy. They are in a row. i start steroid pack and hydrocotrisone cream but it s not working, i want to rip my skin off. They are not mosquito bites because i normally swell with them. Im in my 30 s.

Hello,

Have you taken the medicine with your doctor's advice for the itching and red spots? If not, then I suggest not to take any medicine without consulting your doctor to avoid complications related to its adverse effects.

The spots with itching can be due to various reasons like insect bite, allergic reaction to something or infection. I suggest visit a dermatologist or ER as it needs careful examination.The doctor will guide you further with appropriate management depending on the underlying cause. Oral medications might be suggested or intramuscular or intravenous dosage might be suggested for a fast relief from itching if needed.
