Hi doc, i am 22 weeks pregnant. I got so itchy vagina, inner labia, vulva with milky white clot type discharge and feeling pain in lower abdomen. My urine Detail report said moderate bacteria n culture report said normal vaginal flora while my discharge HCV test report said no growth... What should i do im so irritated while feeling itching in vagina and cloty sticky milky white n sometimes minor yellow discharge please help me out.
Itchiness in vagina along with milky white discharge could be due to reproductive tract infection (RTI). I suggest you to get culture of the vaginal discharge to know causative infectious bacteria and most appropriate antibiotic effective against the bacteria.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
