I have three bumps on the top and side of my right foot. They appear to be bites or hives. One itches more than the rest. Near one of them there is a long scratch, possibly unrelated. This is on my right foot. On the left ankle, at the top of the ankle bone and just below it are two red welts, appearing to be hives. They are itchy. I have been taking benadryl and applying cortisone cream. This provides some temporary relief. They are bright red in color. This has been going on for about three or four days now.
