SIR THIS IS ABHAY KARNAVAT AGE 38YRS, HEIGHT5.7INCHES, WEIGHT 69KGS, I HAVE PAIN IN JAW OPENING RECENTLY, USUALLY DISLOCATION AFTER YAWNING, I HAVE PAIN/HEATED TOE ON LONG TIME STANDING, NO EXCESS BONE GROWN, DIFFICIENCY OF VIT B12 DECTECTED, B12 TABLETS GIVEN, IS IT ENOUGH? PLS ADVICE.

Hi, The jaw dislocation part if you are able to correct yourself it will become habitual. First you meet the Dentist for evaluation. Find out the cause and get treated. Be conscious that to open your mouth less than an inch while yawning, chew equally on both sides. Check your shoe size with the shoe maker and not to wear any ill fitting foot wears. Check your uric acid level also.Take care
