You will benefit from a good sleep analysis by an doctor who can decide by history if your problem is likely due to medication side effect vs. a sleeping disorder. Though it's true that this sort of problem is seen in patients with PARKINSON'S DISEASE- your age is rather young and even though your father and uncle were diagnosed with Parkinson's you would really have to have a very uncommon form of familial PD just based upon genetics. My opinion is that you do NOT have early PD. I would first recommend you get a good history and physical examination by a sleep specialist who will do some labs and a sleep study to see if you have REM DISORDER or a physiological/metabolic/hormonal problem that can be addressed and treated.
