I really appreciate your concern, pacemaker keeps the heart beat regular , if you have not consulted to cardiologist within this years so better to see it, this is necessary to see if the device is working properly or not, if this is okay then reason for the loss of energy could be something else, some time this could be due to anxiety and stress, take care.
