Hi,

Your TSH levels are very low which may indicate over treatment with thyroid supplements. The aim of thyroid supplementation is to keep the TSH levels between 0.4 to 3 which is a very safe level. Values lesser or more should necessitate monitoring to see that the levels fall between 0.4 to 4.5.

Your TSH levels are very low. I would suggest you to reduce the dose to 100 mcg and repeat the thyroid tests in 20 days. Dose adjustments must be done to bring the thyroid levels to normal.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
