Hi i am an 35 year old white male . I have Klienfelters and was diagnosed at 17yo. I recently was in an auto accident in january and was on pain med vicodin and such for about a month. I have a concern about my ability to ejaculate seamen. in the last few months since the accident I can orgasm, but nothing comes out, I am dry as a bone. I have heard that the pain meds could have caused this? How do I correct this issue, I was not traumatized in this area from the accident, my knees only were affected. Please help me
