What Causes Large Blisters On Upper Arm Near Armpit?

I have a quarter sized ring of blisters that showed up on my upper arm near my armpit. Small blisters. They are starting to flatten out, but skin on arm was tender to the touch. No heat, been that way for about a week. What could it be. No bite evident.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have large blisters on upper arm near armpit . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like bacterial or viral infections , lipomas , allergic reactions , fibroadenoma , breast cancer , lymphoma and SLE . There can be infection of lymph nodes also . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , mammogram along with physical examination to check tenderness and consistency . Doctor may prescribe antibacterial or anti viral drug depending upon the diagnosis . Doctor may also recommend surgical removal or radiation therapy .
