What Causes Large Bump On Head?

My 3 year old had a large bump on his head. It is not an injury. There is no pain and it doesn t itch. He developed another one the next day but this one felt more like fatty tissue. They have both been there about 5 days now. Any idea what these could be?

It can be starting of an abscess, lipoma, haematoma due to minor injury which can go unnoticed.
