What Causes Large Dilated Pupils?

I have large, dilated pupils. They are both about the same size. I have not had any other symptoms with this, but I am still concerned about this situation. I do take the following medications: zoloft, neurontin, and enalapril. I also take prilosec otc and ibuprofen every day. I am concerned about my long term usage of ibuprofen, but I use it to help ease the pain associated with severe TMJ. Regards, Kevin

these medication does not have any effect on pupil. your pupil are dilated but have no visual problem. however you can have complete eye checkup. vision, fundus, record of IOT, history of using atropine eye drop or ointment for refraction. IF nothing is wrong then you can forget. it will be normal soon.
