Hi i am a 25 year old female. for the first time i had a urine leak, and its during my period. i had a tampon in. it was on my first day of my period and when i removed the tampon it was soaked. suspecting that i left it in too long (4hours?) caused the leak? how i positioned the tampon at time of insertion? i also have come off my contracepton in the last few months and wondering if the urine leak at time of menstruation miight be related.
