What Causes Left Chest Pain, Arm Numbness And Breathlessness?
My Mother had heart problems and last year my brother had a triple bypass and in the last month I have had pins and needles in my left arm and numbness in my feet along with shortness of breath and chest pain. I mentioned this to my Dr who told me it was just a chest infection and gave me antibiotics. Today I almost passed out with dizzyness.

You need to see a doctor right away. These symptoms could be due to heart disease and I suggest that you get a stress test on your heart to rule out any problem with it.
