Hi, i am M V Bamania,engineer working .in guwahati refinery
i have pain in left side of my abdomen just below heart part. I have gastric problem. my blood profile is normal. BP also normal. no diabetes or other heart related problem. i have lot of burning in my food tract and burning below the heart. i am living normal life. regularly doing exercise. Please advice how this happens.

As per the description and correlation with my experience, the underlying condition narrates chronic gastritis with or without ulcer.
In our clinic, we recommend to undergo upper GI endoscopy and
ultrasound examination. Primary relief with proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or else.
