What Causes Leg Ache And Heaviness In The Right Arm?

The past Weekend I had powerful aches in my right leg which felt mildly painful. After 2 days, that feeling went away and now my right leg has rumbling or small earthquake feelings coming from inside it. Also my right arm feels heavier than normal. Should I be worried?

Hi,

Your both leg and arm have pain and slight swelling. You should check your hemoglobin and b12 level. Also, don't lift heavy weight. Take tablet ibuprofen twice a day for 3 days, it gives you instant relief of pain.

You can have hot water compression on the leg and arm for better pain management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nirav Nimavat, General & Family Physician
