Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think there can be two possibilities. First it can be a disc herniation which is compressing nerves of the leg and causing pain in the leg. It can be confirmed by MRI of the spine. It will also tell us if it can be treated with physiotherapy or it will requires some intervention.
For other causes you will need MRI of the hip joint . Because it will tell us if there is any hip arthritis or a labral tear. If it is present on MRI then it will help us in decide whether you will need a arthroscopy surgery or it can be treated with a hip replacement procedure.
