What Causes Less Blood Flow To The Back Of Heart?

Hi I am noreen I had a triple bypass on 02/06 and on 03/25 I had a nuclear imaging test because of chest pain. Met my cardiologist o. 04/14 and he wants to do a catherization because the image showed less blood flow to the back of the heart. Why would that happen?

it happens sometimes in some patient we called graft occlusion. depend on person to person. so first we need to find out how much and where is the blockage so catheterization is the only way then we can decide what to do.
