What Causes Lethargy, Muscle Ache And Sweating?

Hi. My dad has recently been feeling under par - he has been lethargic with muscle aches and headaches and night sweats. He has visited his GP and been told that he has a virus . They carried out some blood tests which came back normal for anaemia and also kidney function. however, last night he fell asleep early (again) and went to bed. he had dreadful night sweats and also experienced back pain so spent most of the night sleeping on his front. He woke this morning to a spot of blood (about the size of 50p) on his bedsheets. please could you let me know what you think may be wrong as he is becoming worried. Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is viral fever then you need to be patience because in old age this may take little more times to come around, secondary infection need to be watched, if the fever is persistence then repeat blood test need to be done, for the blood spot, his lower part of body required examination for any lesions, with the proper line of treatment this would come around, take care.
