What Causes Light Bleeding With Blood Clots With Irregular Menstruation?

Hi I m 22 an I haven t seen my period since April an I took multiple pregnancy test an they all came out negative an now I m having light bleeding an blood clots but I don t think it is my period cause I have normal had a heavy flow since I have ever had my period do you have an idea about what s going on ? Help please

periods irregularity may be due to hormonal imbalance and pathological problem in female genitals.first you need to get an ultrasound of lower abdomen and thyroid profile test done.consult further for proper medicine.
