What Causes Light Flashes In Eyes Along With Light Headedness?

2 days ago I went into the bathroom, saw bright car lights coming at me, lost my bladder and passed out. My wife found me a couple of hours later on the floor although I do remember be awake a couple of times and calling for help. I am very weak. Once I get up in about 30 seconds I get very light headed. Blood pressure stays around 120/60. What is wrong with me?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have light flashes in eyes along with light headedness . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis ,medication reaction or side-effect , diabetes, type 2 , iron deficiency , stress or neurological problem . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan along with physical examination and examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant along with antibiotics and antiemetic drug . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for neuro problem . For now avoid bending forward , drink green tea with ginger and try to make yourself relax . Doctor may also refer you to ophthalmologist .
