What Causes Light Headedness Along With Blurred Vision And Rumbling In Ears?
About 4weeks now I have had this condition. When I stand up, and walk across the room, I become very light headed my vision blurs a loud rumbling in my ears. The pressure in my head is intense and I have to stand still for several minutes. This not happen every time I stand. Had several tests, nothing.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have light headedness along with blurred vision and rumbling in ears . Well there can be many reasons for headache and dizziness like low blood glucose or iron level , benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , infection , meniere's disease , migraine , neurological , inner ear infection and due to certain medicines such as blood pressure medicines or anti depressants . Sinusitis can also be one of the reasons for lightheadedness and blurred vision. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , hearing test , rotatory chair test and take history to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics like gentamycin along with physical therapy and vestibular therapy . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine or gastroenterologist for gastric problem . Doctor may also prescribe ginkgo biloba.
