What Causes Light Headedness And Profuse Sweating During A Bowel Movement?

Yes, I have been having trouble with my bowels. At times, during the process of going, I get extremely light headed, to the point of almost fainting, I break out in a sweat, I feel like I am going to vomit, then I will have my bowel movement with no difficulty and everything goes away. Now I am having frequent diarrhea.

Hello,

You are experiencing alternate bowel movements that means sometimes you strain a lot due to constipation and now diarrhea which is a classical pathology of some bowel diseases. We need to do a colonoscopy to check out what could be wrong with you. An ultrasound abdomen will also help us in the process.
