Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
About 4 weeks ago, I woke up to a spinning room, it settled down. When to doctors and she told me could be viral infection of inner ear. Took antihistamine and nose spray. Since my one ear was clogged and sinuses felt the same. Seemed to help, but periodically, usually in morning I feel very light-headed. Thought perhaps BPPV and did the epley manuever. Would feel great for a few days then, it happens again.
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service. I reviewed your query and here is my advice. I think you are having benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. You should repeat epley manoeuvre . It will go on it's own for some weeks or months.
Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
