What Causes Light Headedness While On Diovan HCTZ?

I h ave been in the hospital had angiogram, brain scan, and mri and all they can tell me is I may have been allergc to medication ( diovan hctz) that I was taking. But I am still feeling light headed and lights really bother my eyes. especially flouresent lights andy ideas?
