Hi, thanks for posting the concern in the HCM.
Firstly, I don't suggest my patients to have any combined synthetic product for supply of those nutrients which can easily be made available with home made food. Only a simple proper diet chart prepared by a specialist in therapeutic nutrition can give you the opportunity to have adequate nutrition.
Whenever you are trying to have these kind of products, they may not be contain in the amount required for your body causing symptoms of excess or inadequate intake.
Secondly, both altered calcium level and
ginkgo biloba can cause light headedness.
You need to stop the product and consult a nutrition specialist immediately.
You may also need the following tests-
Complete blood count, electrolytes, serum calcium and phosphate level, urea,
creatinine.
So, don't be anxious of your nutrition. Homemade diet along with good oral hydration and diet rich in fibres are the best for your health.
For any further information, please write back.
Regards.
