What Causes Lightheadedness And Dilation In The Eyes?
I was hit early this morning. And I woke up at 11am and I was lite headed and my balance is off and my eyes are dialated. I also haven t drank anything for 24 hours. Or have I ate anything for 19hours and walked in the heat I ve had a mild stroke in past also had a heart ATTACT in 2012 My head does hurt also my ears are ringing
You may be dehydrated which may be the reason you had the loss of consciousness. A stroke may also cause you to fall and lose consciousness.
It is important to see your doctor as soon as possible so you may be checked and make sure your heart is well and also have a neurological examination to rule out a stroke. The doctor may give you intravenous fluids if he finds you are dehydrated and will monitor you for a while.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
Regards, Dr. Antoneta Zotaj General and Family Physician
