What Causes Lightheadedness And Fatigue While On Metoprolol?

I just got an increase from 25 mg of metoprolol to 50 mg. Experiencing lightheadedness and fatigue. Will taking at night lessen the side effects or splitting the pill to twice a day. Also exercise on the treadmill is this ok with this meds as I fells o tired now than when I was taking thee 25 mgs.

hi..metoprolol is beta bloker drug.
yes it causes light headedness and fatigue..
severity varies from person to person.
splitting of dose will not work..instead ask your GP to change for better drug.
