What Causes Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Intermittent Nausea During An Adrenaline Rush?
I noticed about two years ago when I rode thrill rides and noted I got real faint like I couldn t focus and when I quit riding the symptoms improved. This year I once again rode some thrill rides and symptoms have improved but have not went away. I began exercising and noted when I do jumping jacks or burpees I once again feel light headed and somewhat dizzy. somewhat nauseous at times as well. I have no chronic diseases and have been tested in past for diabetes and was ok, I have also had cholesterol checked and was ok. I have no noted problems with blood pressure either and seem to be relatively healthy 37 year old.

What Causes Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Intermittent Nausea During An Adrenaline Rush?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below: 1. Your problem is due to many reasons so first rule out middle ear pathological inflammations 2. Do a full blood count with differential 3. If bacterial infection found add antibiotics 4. If viral infection found take antiviral with oral steroid 5. For dizziness and nausea take Domstal CZ 6. Take rest and do exercise for Dizziness and it will take at least 3 weeks to heal fully. Follow after 15 days. I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best. Thanks, Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
