What Causes Lightheadedness, Metallic Taste In Mouth And Dizziness?

Hello,
I am 32 year old female. I have been feeling a little light headed when I am standing and turn quickly and then the same time I get a horrible taste in my mouth..only way I can describe it as bitter or metal tasting. I have had the dizzyness for a while the metal taste is new. What could this be?

Understanding your concern.

As per your query metallic taste in mouth along with symptoms of dizziness and lightheadedness could be because of hormonal changes, stress and mainly because of viral infection among oral cavity. Herpes virus stay in body in active form after first attack or decreased immunity its virus get activated again and begin to attack body.

I would suggest you to take multivitamin for this. Drink plenty of water. Take diet rich in proteins. Antacids can prevent feeling of dizziness. Take tablet acetaminophen. Your symptoms will resolve soon. Need not to panic about it. Keep chewing sugarless candies. Maintain oral hygiene with beta-dine gargles two times a day.
