What Causes Lightheadedness, Nausea, Headache And Fatigue While On Losartan?

I am on 12.5 hztc, 12.5 aldactone, 50 mg losartan 2x day, 12.5 plus 6.25 carvedilol 2x a day. Still having bp problems also always very lightheaded, nausea, headache, fatigue, stomach problems. I feel like the carvedilol isn t working and I suffer from there side effects. I can t function like this.
