Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

Many stomach infections cause nausea and vomiting. The inflammation that often results from these infections is called gastroenteritis.

Excessive vomiting can lead to dizziness, especially if a person ends up dehydrated. Some people also feel dizzy when they get nauseated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Esmeralda Sera, Oncologist
