What Causes Lightheadedness, Weakness, Nausea And Headache?

I have been felling light headed, dizzy, weak, nausea for about 3 weeks now. Today the symptoms got worse, now on top of all those symptoms I have a headache that is causing my neck to hurt and wake up out of my sleep feeling dizzy, which I find weird being that I m sleeping. What could it be?

As per your query about getting lightheaded, weakness, nausea and headache can be due to many reasons like high or low blood pressure, low or high blood sugar level, severe stress and anxiety are the common causes etc. It would have been easier if you had given some more details about yourself like your age and gender etc.

I would suggest you to have a general health check up like BP and blood investigation by consulting a physician to know the exact cause. If you take any medication you must mention that.
