Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. I have been lightheaded for about two months now after a fainting episode, nothing was wrong with me. what could it be? can it just be anxiety? will it go away? This is killing me slowly, I feel like I cant do anything. All blood tests, CT scans come back normal. What can I do?
Have you tested your blood pressure and blood glucose levels? Low blood pressure and Hypoglycemia are the two commonest causes of feeling light headed and giddiness. I would also also advise you to drink plenty of water as getting dehydrated is a common cause of low blood pressure specially in summers.
Hope this information helps. Feel free to ask for forgiveness you have any more doubt.
Wish good health. Regards, Dr Sridhar
