What Causes Loose Beige Colored Poop And Tiredness?

My 5 year old boy has been having loose beige colored poop for a while now. He also has very itchy skin. He's very active, but for the past week or two has been more tired than usual. I'm just wondering if these symptoms could be related. Is this a problem with his liver.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Beige color has many shades hence beige color stool should be checked by sending samples to the lab on three consecutive days and also ask for stercobilinogen in the stool.
Also get liver functions and other blood tests.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and contrast enhanced CT scan and/or MRCP as would be advised.
Getting tiredness in a 5 year old boy with beige color should have clinical evaluation by his Pediatrician so that a proper diagnosis and further management can be done.
Also give him dosages for the worms in stool.
