What Causes Loss Of Balance, Confusion, Urinary Incontinence And Speech Impairment?

yesterday my husband experienced lack of balance, confusion, lack of bladder control and difficulty speaking. The balance is not new - he has spinal stenosis and lives with weak legs and has some difficulty rising from a chair, etc. after lunch yesterday, he could nto get out of chair, except with my help and switched to walker (a first) from the cane. He could not move readily when changing his clothes. He lost bladder control several times. I wanted to call 911, but he didn t and after several hours, his balance and walking improved. What should I do??
