General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to high blood pressure.
When your blood pressure is high, your blood vessels are damaged.
This damage isn't centered in one area of the body, your entire body is affected, including your ears.
And when the blood vessels in your ears are damaged your hearing could be impaired.
So, I suggest to consult a cardiologist to take a proper treatment to treat the high blood pressure.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
