What Causes Loss Of Sensation In The Nose?

I have noticed in the last week or so, the tip of my nose will suddenly feel like it is asleep like a hand or foot might feel. It goes away quickly, but happens 2-3 times a day. I am female, 47, 5 8 , 320#, and take 6 tabs fibercon/day, 1 colace/day, 225mg Effexor/day, 81mg asprin/day, 200mg celebrex/day. I have not had a recent injury, but I did break my nasal bone on April 2.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you had fractured nasal bones in recent past.
Now that you have been suffering from loss of sensation of the tip of nose as if it has it has slept like that happens in leg and foot.

Going by your history, this phenomenon may be related to the small nerves entrapped in the fibrosis after healing of the nasal bones.

Momentary feeling like you have can not be related to any other internal cause.
Another possibility is exposure to cold can cause such a problem.
Many of such similar problems do have anxiety as a root cause.
