Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your concern about taste and sense of smell.

Because of too much use of antibiotics there is a transient loss of sense of smell which sometimes also seems to be associated with taste as in your case.

You need to reduce the salt content of your food about half, keep your tongue clean, avoid smoking, take different food not usual one some times and have food outside like restorant etc.

These are all to check for early regain of smell or taste otherwise you will regain it with time it takes upto six months though mostly you recover it within six to seven weeks.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any questions further.

Regards
