What Causes Lost Voice Inspite Of Having Pneumonia?
I was diagnosed with pneumonia a few days ago and I seem to have lost my voice. I sound as if I have a sore throat but that is not the case at all. Is this normal with pneumonia, or have I caused some form of damage to my vocal cords from all the coughing?
